The founder and director of Lexform Pty Ltd, Charlie Younan, has been in the Sydney construction industry for over 20 years. A Civil Engineer and Builder by profession, Charlie has developed, project managed and constructed numerous commercial and residential projects over the years in the Sydney, Central Coast and the Wollongong region. Projects Charlie has worked on range from a single dwelling right up to a 100 residential unit development.
During the coarse of building works over many years, Charlie developed and established Lexform Pty Ltd to fill a gap in his own works. To provide a professional formwork and concreting organisation that could manage and deliver slabs in an efficient and uncompromised fashion. Lexform has undertaken such works since its conception and is now offering this as an additional service to cllients.
Lexform Pty Ltd combines their development, project management and construction services, backed by their in-house formwork and concrete services for all types of construction. We activcely contract works of all sizes and in all areas in the greater Sydney region ranging in:
